Educational Workshop: $10/person
Payment is due on or before the date of the visit.
Butterfly Farms is open, weather permitting, daily from March through November and is closed on holidays. Call for more information.
We are open 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
The educational workshop lasts approximately 1 hour. There is a minimum of 20 people per workshop. Accommodations will be made for large groups (we will rotate between our Educational Workshop and our Vivarium Tour until all attendees participate in both). The Educational Workshop and Vivarium components each last approximately 25 minutes.
Registration should be made at least two weeks in advance. Please fill out a Registration Form with multiple date and time options for workshops. Once the registration form is received and processed, we will send a confirmation email. To register for a group visit please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM.
We require at least a 48-hour notice for all cancellations.
Please check-in at our office with an accurate headcount attendees. Your instructors will meet you at the office.

Snacks or lunch may be eaten at the picnic tables or outside the vivarium.
Please read the following list of guidelines and share them with your group prior to the visit.
- Children are not allowed unaccompanied and should stay with the parents or chaperone at all times.
- Please do not touch the insects or plants, let an instructor show you a butterfly or caterpillar or let the butterfly come to you.
- Be careful where you step, stay firmly on the path and don’t step on plants (butterflies and caterpillars may be on the path).
